Apoorva Arora Wraps First Schedule of Vikram Bhatt’s New Series, Calls It an 'Emotional and Effortless Journey'

Actress Apoorva Arora has successfully wrapped the first shooting schedule of her upcoming vertical series under the banner of filmmaker Vikram Bhatt. Describing the experience as “beautiful and seamless,” Apoorva opened up about her time on set, which included heartwarming memories—from acting alongside veteran stars to celebrating her birthday amidst the cast and crew.

“The first schedule went really well,” Apoorva shared. “I had just returned from a trip and went straight to the set. After my first meeting with the director, I felt an immediate sense of ease—he was incredibly kind. There was so much positive energy on set, and I was equally excited to get started.”

Despite having limited preparation time, the actress credited the smooth workflow to the collaborative spirit of the crew. “Everything ran smoothly on set. A lot of that credit goes to our director Adhiraj and our DOP Kashish—they brought clarity and vision. The AD team managed the schedule effortlessly. It was a pleasure working with the entire cast—everyone gave their best and brought warmth to the process.”

One of the most memorable moments for Apoorva was sharing screen space with the legendary Rajpal Yadav. “I had a scene with Rajpal sir, and I won’t lie—I was quite nervous! But I didn’t let it show. Thankfully, the scene turned out great, and I received some really encouraging feedback.”

Adding to the special moments, Apoorva also celebrated her birthday on set. “It happened to fall on a shoot day, and I cut the cake right there. I’ve done this before, but this time it felt incredibly special. Everyone showered me with so much love, and since it was right after wrapping up the schedule, it felt like the perfect ending. I went home with a heart full of joy.”

Talking about the series itself, Apoorva added, “I’ve seen glimpses of how the show is shaping up, and it looks amazing. The story is compelling, and Vikram sir’s writing adds so much depth and impact. He’s truly a gifted storyteller, and his contribution has taken this project to another level. I’m really excited about what’s coming next.”

With the first schedule now complete, anticipation for the series continues to grow—and Apoorva’s energy only adds to the excitement.

On the work front, Apoorva will next be seen in “Khamosh Nazar Aate Hain.”
